Providing emergency call-outs to Southampton, Winchester and the surrounding areas. Pricing starting at £78 for the same day emergency call-out and follow on work can be organised to put the issue right.

Most common emergencies are:

No hot water or heating
Burst or leaking pipe or fittings
Water coming through the ceiling or up through the floor

What you can do before I get there

If you’ve got an emergency, the best thing you can do is turn off isolation values for leaking appliances, open doors and windows for gas leaks and turn off water for water leaks. If you are worried or unsure what to do, I will let you know over the phone, don’t worry too much and I can sort it when I get there.

Turn off Isolation Values

They could be near the leaking appliance such as radiator value, ballofixes or washing machine taps.

For Gas Leaks

If you’ve got a gas leak, open your windows and doors and turn off your gas.

For Water Leaks

Turn off your water, at the mains in your street, mains in your house or a local isolation value

Called PPG when I had an urgent underfloor leak that needed to be sorted. Peter was able to come that same day, fixed the issue quickly, and recommended the next course of action.
