What you can do before I get there
Turn off Isolation Values
They could be near the leaking appliance such as radiator value, ballofixes or washing machine taps.
For Gas Leaks
If you’ve got a gas leak, open your windows and doors and turn off your gas.
For Water Leaks
Turn off your water, at the mains in your street, mains in your house or a local isolation value

A GOOD FIND!!! I called PPG services out for an emergency call out as we had a leaking tap. Pete was very responsive and came out the same day. He fixed the tap there and then. Called PPG when I had an urgent underfloor leak that needed to be sorted. Peter was able to come that same day, fixed the issue quickly, and recommended the next course of action. Later completed a complete replacement of water and heating pipework under foyer and kitchen, as well as boiler service. Excellent work throughout, really nice and easy to deal with. A very pleasant experience for something that could have been very stressful, so many thanks! Would definitely recommend and use PPG again.
